Day 198: Future and Worry

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe I always have to talk about the future

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to constantly worry about the future, without being here

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe I have to worry about the future

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not appreciate every here moment, constantly worrying about the future

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to realise that the future does not exist

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see that if I worry constantly about the future I am not here in every moment of breath

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear the future

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see that instead of fearing the future I should prepare myself for it

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see, realise and understand that unless I do what I know I have to do, I will worry about the future

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to prepare for the future

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to make plans and then not prepare for them

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to see that if I make plans and don't prepare myself I will inevitably worry

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to repeat the pattern of making plans and not walking them so thus worrying about not completing the plans

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see, realise and understand that making plans involve more than conceptually wanting to do them

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see, realise and understand that unless I stick to my plans then worry is inevitable

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that worrying is enough instead of seeing, realising and understanding that I should act on my plans instead of worrying

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to become addicted to the emotion of worrying about the future instead of directing myself to work on my plans

I commit myself to whenever I make plans, prepare for the plan goals practically

I commit myself to stick to my plans with real action and not only concepts/not doing

I commit myself to whenever I make plans, stick to them practically so that I am successful

Day 147: Choose Your Future

At the moment I have a bit of inner conflict because choosing my future is difficult, to study, not to study - I have chosen to study a two year degree that will allow me to have a better job than waiting tables and then go from there. I think the strategy is good yet it conflicts with other goals that will have to be delayed

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to see that the future does not yet exist

I forgive myself that  I have accepted and allowed myself to worry about a thing that doesn't exist

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear my future

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see realise and understand that I can own it when it comes to my future

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see that I create my future in every moment

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to see that I accumulate in every moment creating my future

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself that I can create a good future for myself

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to see that my future is nothing to fear

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see, realise and understand that I can change plans at any point and that nothing is set in stone

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myslef to not see, realise and understand that maybe I can not go straight to one goal but have to take a longer path of first getting another goal done to be able to achieve the first one

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see, realise and understand that I don't have a 'cristal ball' to be able to see the future so I can't possibly know how it all will unfold, and it is ok

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see that I have choosen my future according to where I am now, meaning I might change plans along the way if conditions change.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see, realise and understand it is ok to want a better future for myself

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to worry too much about my future

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see, realise and understand that it is ok to not have a certain 100% assured future as the only certainty is death.

Day 51: Wanting to Know the Future vs Creating It

I remember some years ago, playing with the Osho Zen Tarot cards, wanting to know my future, it appeared the card 'Control' and I was not pleased, like it my future would be like my present, something I don't like. Looking back I see not much changed, and it is not that the card was an inevitable fate but as I see it, I create my life, I create my future - and I see I wanted things to come my way without me having to do anything for it and it does not work that way.

Because I see the question I asked the cards was wrong, I asked something along the lines of, what does the future hold for me? Instead of what do I hold for myself, what do I gift myself that I will also have in the future, as I have gifted it to myself? And so life is about gifting things to oneself, living words, but that is another post.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to want my future to be different than my present without seeing, realizing and understanding that I create my future and if I do nothing to change my future it won't be changed - I won't be changed, I'll be the same.

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to see that I create my future.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to want my future to be different than my present, without having to do anything about it.

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to see that I have to work in order to change myself and my life.

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to put the time and effort to change myself and change my life.

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself that I indeed can see the future to a certain extent  - in that if I don't change myself nothing will change.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to keep repeating the same cycles, being in a zone of comfort instead of breaking the cycles and changing for real.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to live in self indulgence, not changing myself or my life.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to hide in not facing myself and applying myself to change in all areas of my life.

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to stick to a plan of change to change my life.

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to see that I have nothing to lose in fact.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to be sad at the cards that appeared when I wanted to know my future instead of seeing that I create my future.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to want to know my future with the osho cards instead of willing my future, creating my future in every moment here.

I commit myself to create my future in every moment here, in the realization that every action that I take creates a consequence in the future, so I create my future in every moment.

I commit myself to take the best actions that I can in every moment, so I create the best future possible.

I commit myself to remind myself that I create my future in every moment, so I have to be careful with what I do/think/act.
