Day 173: This is It

Becoming Aware of the Mind, by Andrew Gable

What is it that you are looking for? Every moment of breath, the breath is showing you the solution as being Here - being Here as Breath.

What is it? From this moment forth I am aware of all that there is inside of me, and I direct myself in ever moment of breath to do what is Best. What is best is that I am supported thus I support myself. I work on myself to be able to become more and more aware of any movement inside of myself, any delusion, where I am still not yet stable. And this is the path to stability and self-direction within and as breath.

In the following self-forgiveness you will see the importance of remaining Here as Breath.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see, realise and understand that every moment counts

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to see that in fact, I can become aware of everything that goes on inside of myself, and direct it effectively, within breath, with the tools available

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see, realise and understand that in fact I am the creator of myself

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to see that in fact I can stop the delusions in my head

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to see, realise and understand how every moment counts and that this in fact means that in every moment of breath I have to be aware of myself and direct myself to the best of my ability to support myself to become the best version of myself

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see, realise and understand the extent to which each breath matters

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to see my responsibility within sharing what I see so that others can benefit and free themselves as well

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to see, realise and understand the value of each and every moment of breath, that does not stop, that does not waiver, that is real

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to see that I have to stick to breath, in every moment, stick to practical real reality to be able to see what is real and what is of mind illusion

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to see the simplicity of sticking to breath

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to see that = within breath I am stable

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to see the stability that is the breath, that is here with me, showing me Reality

Thank you

Day 148: Why I Didin't Want To Do DIP

First of all I will start with what is DIP? From their website "Desteni I Process is a life coaching platform where you'll learn essential life skills and practice simple common-sense tools such as self-forgiveness, writing and self-corrective application. Based on years of research & practice, developed with attention to detail, proven by hundreds of people and delivered to you comfortably through the web."

I started this a bunch of years back maybe I was already doing it in 2010 I don't remember well and it is basically the plataform to 'get my ass in gear' that I have not done thoroughly or at all for some years but that I went back to every time. Why I didn't want to do DIP? I wanted to have an excuse, to remain self dishonest, to not have to face myself, to not have to change. In my life I have found not facing myself came along with facing much consequence such as being bipolar now, having to manage that. I am not saying had I remaied disciplined I would not have become bipolar but it happened. In my life I said the statement of no matter what comes up to me, let it be so that I become self honest. In a way saying that consequence had to first materialise before I start my process, I have seen it is not necessary to wait for external consequence to start your process properly. So the consequence I had to face in a way prevented me to do DIP or distracted me from it - I had wanted consequence to happen, oh, so it happened. Now I am walking again DIP and found I was having difficulty with it, resistance thus why I am writing this blog to find out what it is. All the years that have passed I have not advanced much in the course, and I judge myself for it - for not being more directive, for not being more steadfast also Bernard told me to speed up to be able to do mind constructs, not even that worked - I see I have to put myself to do it for myself and disregard anything of the past that holds me down. Regret for example, of not having attained much in a lot of years -- but time doesn't stop for me - or anyone so there is only but to walk. I don't want to paint a pretty picture here, it is not, mine is but a cautionary tale that either I face myself or I face myself differently with more consequence. At this point Bernard died, my father had also died, and I have only myself to either walk this or walk this differently, with even more consequence. And this is what I am tired of, walking manifested consequence with for example having had to stay in the mental hospital for more than one and a half months because of consuming drugs made me essentially 'go crazy'. Why I didn't want to do DIP: Because if I change I have to stop doing drugs for example, porn, I have to become self honest. And I wasn't even doing drugs back then. The mind is the drug, that I so cherished and didn't want to correct.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not do DIP to not have to change.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not do DIP

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to wait for consequence before I move myself to do DIP

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to want to remain dishonest thus why not do DIP

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not do DIP to have an excuse why I did not change

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe any excuse is valid as to why not change

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not do DIP to be able to be able to remain addicted to the mind

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not do DIP to be able to claim I am not ready for change

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to do DIP properly to have an excuse as to why I did not change and to be able to remain dishonest

Day 117: What Do You Live For

'so... what do you live for? Why do you get up in the mornings?'

Take a moment to see what comes up.

When I was asked this question by my DIP Buddy - I came up with the word 'work'. But upon reflection, I saw that I have not been waking up merely for work, this last month I have been waking up earlier to write a blog - and also to walk Laika the dog.

Then the following feedback was given:
----------------
'Blogs = self

Dog = unconditionality and expression/self-expression

To be more specific: Blogs = de-programing yourself as a process to birth yourself into and as life in the physical

So, you are doing and living for more than you give yourself credit for

So, when you walk Laika, really BE PRESENT with her, bond with her, get to know her

Live purpose into these 'small' things you do, because these things are not so small afterall'
----------------

Yes, blogging is an universe in itself and walking the dog, lol yes it is an adventure and it tells me much about me - for example if I become angry because of how she behaves -- it also tells me about parenting - the other day I did a suddent movement to see how Laika would react and she was scared by it, so I learned not to try and 'scare' her with sudden movements because she really gets scared - the same with children - we are like giants for them so don't have to do sudden scary movements to watch their reaction as they will most likely react in fear, not cool.

So I will live purpose in the things that I do because Yes, they are not so small after all.

Do you like what you see?  If you want to have a Buddy with whom you walk your Desteni I Process , check out DIP Pro at DesteniIProcess.com

Thanks to Kim Kline for being an awesome buddy - You can ask for her to be your buddy too.

Day 54: DIP Pro - Blogging for Sponsorship

Yesterday I was accepted at the Sponsorship Program of the Desteni I Process Pro with a full sponsorship. DIP Pro is an online course that builds on and expands on DIP Lite the free online course, it is the older brother so to speak.

Being accepted at the Sponsorship Program because at the moment I don't have the funds available to fund my way through it means that I have been given an amazing gift and opportunity to develop myself, sort out my mind, expand and realize my fullest potential. And I ask myself, where does one find this kind of support? Nowhere do you find a platform of support such as this one.

In DIP Pro, amongst others, you have a Buddy with which you walk, that has already walked DIP Pro, that helps you out and with who you have a weekly chat to support you throughout every lesson.

Again, who does that? I am so honored to be able to be a part of DIP Pro.
In exchange I will have to continue to support myself with consistent blogging or vlogging, which is the least one can do when receiving the tons of support that DIP Pro is.

I started DIP Pro some years ago, funding my way through it and also on a partial sponsorship, but I was not consistent and I let myself down with finally abandoning it. Back then I had the resources, I had the time, I had everything.

Yesterday I was given a second opportunity. From here, thank you. I won't let you - I won't let me - down this time around.

Quoting DIP Pro:

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to abandon DIP Pro in the past, letting me down.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to  not use the opportunity to do DIP Pro effectively in the past.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to let myself down in the past, not doing DIP Pro when I could.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not seeing, realizing and understanding that I can give myself the opportunity again to walk DIP Pro regardless of my past within it.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to waste resources both on my side and the side of DIP Pro in the past by not walking the lessons effectively.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see that I have already the resolve to do DIP Pro, as I did DIP Lite, I have to simply walk it and never look back.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not be directive in the past within DIP Pro.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to regret not doing DIP Pro well in the past.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to do the barely minimum when I last walked DIP Pro, instead of walking it to the fullest of my capabilities/ potential.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not give myself the opportunity to walk DIP Pro effectively when I could.

I commit myself to walk DIP Pro effectively to the best of my ability.

I commit myself to not give up on myself and see-through DIP Pro until it is done.

I commit myself to remind myself to do the blogging and assignments.

I commit myself to remind myself of the importance of walking DIP Pro effectively.

I commit myself to remind myself that I can walk DIP Pro, as others have walked it before me

Day 44: DIP Lite

I have been 'out' for a while, but I will now post more regularly.

I want to talk about a course I have been doing, the the Desteni I Process Lite.

The DIP Lite is a 'free online course where you'll learn essential Life Skills', for me it has been paramount in helping me help myself during tough times, when facing addictions for example and changing things about myself I didn't like.

During the course there is a buddy that reviews the assignments you send and if necessary gives feedback as to how to do it best, so you can makc sure you have understood the material, and yes, as I said it is free.

After the DIP Lite one can move on to DIP Pro to further expand what is learned in DIP Lite.

During the course of doing DIP Lite I have been able to get rid of more than one addiction as well as being able to get rid of many fears, so I can say now that I am happier with my life as now I have tools to change myself if anything comes up in my life that I want to change.

I recommend this course to anyone that has things they don't like about themselves or faces challenges for example at work or fears or addictions, all of that can be faced with the help of the tools that offer the DIP Lite.
