Day 197: Apparently Well

So when everything is going ok it seems like I don't have anything to write, but is it? Still have a lot of things to work on.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that when everything is going ok I don't have anything to write

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that the 'calm' means nothing has to be written

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that there is a point when nothing has to be written

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see that I can always expand wherever I am

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to see, realise and understand that there is a point where it is done

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not want to look at the points that I still have to work on

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that once the money point is solved, everything is ok

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe just because I don't feel like writing it means I don't have to write

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see, realise and understand that I have to introspect in order to find something to write about

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to see, realise and understand that there are always points to improve/expand

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see, realise and understand that unless I direct myself to write I will not write

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to 'get comfortable' because apparently I have solved the money point and not write when in fact I have a lot of points to improve, even the money point

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to succumb to the resistance to write

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe there is such a point where 'I'm done with writing'

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see, realise and understand that I have a lot to work on/about myself

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to see what are the points that I need to work on

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to deliberately not look at the points I need to improve on/get better at/do

Day 163: De-Pression

When I sleep too much then there is a sign of onset of depression - specially if I sleep during the day.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to sleep too much - oversleep.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see, realise and understand that I cannot sleep too many hours or I will start to become depressed.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe it's ok to oversleep.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see, realise and understand that if I oversleep I might start to become depressed.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see, realise and understand that I cannot evade from myself even if I oversleep.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see, realise and understand that sleeping will not solve my problems.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to look for comfort in oversleeping.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to want to keep oversleeping to not have to face myself.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe it is ok to oversleep.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see, realise and understand that I am not alone.

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to see that sleeping will not solve anything.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to be entertained by dreams instead of doing something practical instead of sleeping.

Day 139: A Part Of Something

Today I was at work wondering about this, I am a part of something. I am a living, breathing human being, a part of 'organised living' I live in a body that has automated things, it is pretty clear I am a part of something, yet, it is fascinating how much I have not seen I am part of something, like I feel like I am 'apart' and this shouldn't be the case. We are all the same, we all breathe, eat, shit and die the same. Let's not forget it. We are all in this together.

I forgive myself that i have accepted and allowed myself to believe I am separate from everyone else.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see, realize and understand that I am a part of something and not separate.

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to see that I am living in separation.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see, realize and understand that the fact that I didn't see myself as part of 'something' means that somewhere I have separated myself from this something, this whole.

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to see, realize and understand that I am not separate from everyone else.

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to see, realize and understand that I am in fact one with everyone else.

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to see, realize and understand that even if I forget I am part of something, it doesn't mean I am not a part of that something.

I commit myself to remind myself that we are in this all together.

I commit myself to remind myself that I am not separate from everyone else.

I commit myself to remind myself that I am in fact equal to everyone else.

Whever I see that I am 'feeling' like I am separate from everyone else, I stop and I breathe. I realize I am the same as all others as breath, so there is no possible separation.

I commit myself to remind myself that I am One and Equal as Life.

Day 126: Imagine You Have Nothing

Imagine you have nothing? Who will you be? What will you do? Tonight, walking home from a night out I imagined I have no home, nowhere to return and then I started to apply self forgiveness:

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to value myself

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that all I have I will have forever

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe I am more or less depending on what I 'apparently own'

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to value myself as little since I see that I don't have much - in relation to rich people.

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to see that my self-value is independent of what I have and possess

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to value myself

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to value myself according to what I own

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to see there is no point in valuing myself in relation to what I own, as what I own here I cannot take to the here after

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe I am inferior because I am not rich

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to value myself for who I am

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see that I am valuable regardless of what I own

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to value who I am

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to realize that who I am is valuable

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to value myself according to what I do

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to see that I am not what I do

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that I have to attain something in order to be valuable

Whenever I see that I believe I need something external to me in order to be valuable, I stop and I breathe. I realize I am valuable for who I am alone. Thus I commit myself to remind myself that I am valuable for who I am

Whenever I see that I value myself with regards to what 'I own' as material things, I stop and I breathe. I realize what is material will no longer be at one point. Thus I commit myself to remind myself that what matters is Who I Am not what I own

Whenever I see that I value myself with regards to what I do, I stop and I breathe. I realize it is not what I do but who I am in what I do. Thus I commit myself to remind myself it is not what I do that matters but who I am within what I do
